The junk food contains passion that can give danger impacts for the kids as soon as possible. The solution could come up from the parents to encourage the children to have a good eating habit. They can be a role model for their children to eat a healthy food. Several diseases will have some welcome greeting if you don’t improve your child’s food such as the obesity or the damage of the artery. The initial step that you should do could be giving understanding to the children about the healthy food that they should consume and how important they are to be consumed.
The next thing is having a healthy menu at home. Prevent you leave your kids abandoned without the food and give them a fast food restaurant phone number. Cook the best one for them. The most important thing will be showing the benefit or advantageous of eating the healthy food. Try to give them motivation and full of encouragement. If your kids are having a birthday, serve the people with the healthy food and prevent them from the junk food. You can inform to your children’s school also to promote the healthy food eating habit in school and maybe forbidden the junk food to be consumed in the school child birthday party. By doing so, children will feel being encouraged and will not have the ashamed feeling anymore while they are not eating pizza or burger in a junk food counter.
