Those tips focus to the latest children health problem such as avoiding obesity problem in their childhood and also for their adult life. The tips for avoiding it are, start training the children early. That training will give them beginning knowledge about their health. That training is also used to create a good habit for the children. With that good habit, the children will usually do the things which are trained by the parents.

Next tips is, eat as family. It means that the parents and the children must be gathered when they eat in the house. This condition gives the children opportunity to share about everything that they have done in the outside of the house. This way also give the opportunity to the parents to teach their children about social skills. The parents are also able to control the eating habit of their children so the children will not eat the unhealthy foods such as junk foods.

The other tips is, become a role model for the children. The children have big frequent to meet their parents in the house. Moreover, they meet their parents everyday. This condition make the children always see the parents’ behavior and try to copy it. If the behavior is bad, automatically the children will copy it and use it everywhere. For example, if the parents eat the junk foods when they get a dinner, the children will copy it and do the same behavior in the next dinner. So as the parents, they must give the good examples for their children. They have to do their role, good role, to be copied by their children. It is because the children are not fool. Moreover, they are the best copier in the world.
