Those effects are surely very important to the development of the children in whole aspects. Almost all the people around the world agree to not use drugs for the children, but there are still small amount of people who disagree with it. Whereas, they know that those drugs are very dangerous for the children. The government around the world has regulated about this things. They agree to stop the using of the drugs for the children and also they will give punishment for the people who break those rules.
